1. ALL ECOMMERCE RETURNS MUST GO THROUGH THE VAPORCBD RETURN FORM BELOW.
2. DO NOT BRING ANY ECOMMERCE RETURNS IN STORE UNLESS SPECIFCIALLY INSTRUCTED TO PROCESS A RETURN OR EXCHANGE
3. OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER DOES NOT HAVE THE AUTHORITY TO APPROVE RETURNS

TERMS OF SALE AND REFUND POLICY
By agreeing to the Terms and Conditions you agree that you understand that the products purchased, whether consumable or topical, contain plant compounds from hemp oil. Our products have not been evaluated by the FDA, and we make no claims as to any benefits from our products. By purchasing our products, you agree and acknowledge that you do so based upon your own opinions as to any benefits the products may provide.
PRODUCT SATISFACTION & WARRANTY
If you, for any reason, are not satisfied with your order within 30 days of your receipt of the product, you may return the unused portion of the product for a full refund; provided (i) the item(s) were not designated as non-returnable; (ii) we receive your return within thirty (30) days of delivery to you; and (iii) the merchandise is returned in the same condition as originally received by you. Once the goods are received by us, we will refund your purchase price, less the original shipping & handling charges. Exclusions may apply. These exclusions include but are not limited to items categorized as: e-liquids, mouthpieces and gift certificates. Vape Pens and battery products come with a 30 day Warranty against manufacturing defects. Please contact our Returns & Exchange department to see if your product is liable for Warranty Exchange or Refund. Warranty excludes usage based defects caused by misuse and mistreatment. Examples of mistreatment may include but are not limited to:
Dropped, bent, broken or disassembled batteries
Damage from using non compatible chargers
cracked or broken glass
There are no returns or exchanges on Final Sale items OR Clearance Sale items.
You bear the risk of loss or damage during shipment (other than when returning non-conforming merchandise) and as such, you are advised to obtain appropriate parcel insurance and tracking. Your refund will be credited back to the same payment method used to make the applicable purchase.
DAMAGE DUE TO FREIGHT OR SHIPPING
All our products are tested for quality, and all shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse. Upon receipt of your order, please inspect the product carefully to ensure it was not damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged product must be made within 48 hours after it has been delivered to you. Please contact us to notify us of any damaged product, including a full description of the damage.
